Refund policy
Sparrow Farms will not issue refunds on any pre-packaged products such as the Sherwood Pet Health line, Rosewood Naturals, Pure Bedding paper shavings, or Logik-E hardwood litter.
For all other products, we will make every effort with you to ensure satisfaction by exchanging an item that came to you damaged or defective, but will not issue any refunds.
It is presumed that you understand that you are purchasing a farm product. While we prepare your orders by hand and make every effort for your items to arrive in clean and tidy state; hay, branches, and other natural products you purchase from us are stored in a barn, and delivered to your porch (in most cases). Bugs, dirt, twigs, weeds, flowers, and other natural environment matter are a normal part of purchasing straight from a farm. Our prices reflect this, in comparison to products purchased from a store front, which are typically handled and packaged from a warehouse in high volume.
We encourage all to order sample sizes for each new harvest season before ordering larger quantities, as we know small pets can be picky or tricky to adjust to new hay varieties.
We are a small family run online only store, with a single day per week dedicated to order preparation. Any exchange requests must be discussed ahead of time, mutually agreed to and scheduled for processing either by appointment or during a future delivery day.
